ABOUT WOODLANDS GUEST HOUSE

Woodlands Guest House is located in the heart of the residential area of Hazyview, the leading tourism town in South Africa’s Mpumalanga Lowveld. Set on three stands, and surrounded by numerous large and shady indigenous trees, Woodlands offers a convenient location with easy access to the Phabeni Gate of the Kruger National Park, only 5km away. The Numbi Gate is 20km from us, while the Paul Kruger Gate is 40km away.

Hazyview is also centrally-positioned for all the scenic attractions of the Mpumalanga Lowveld and Escarpment, including the waterfalls of Sabie as well as God’s Window and the Blyde River Canyon, close to nearby Graskop. The town also offers a myriad of adrenalin-stirring adventure activities, hikes, wildlife interactions and interesting food experiences for all to enjoy. Breakfast at Woodlands is served either in the inside dining room or on the large patio, before you head out in search of the day’s excitements. At the end of the day, we shall be on hand to hear all about it and to make our recommendations for your evening dining experience in one of Hazyview’s many and varied restaurants.

Woodlands Guest House offers six individually-decorated rooms and one suite on three levels, all with eight satellite television channels, a fully stocked bar fridge, a full range of bathroom amenities and hot beverage facilities. Each room has its own view overlooking the lush sub-tropical gardens and the swimming pool, creating a peaceful and private environment in which to unwind and relax, whilst enjoying the best of South Africa’s weather and the prolific and colourful bird life of the region.
